can i cancel my order, get a refund, or return?
all sales are final. we are an extremely small team fulfilling orders out of our home so we ask that you please carefully commit to your purchase.

i received a damaged, defective, missing or incorrect product, what should i do?
if your package arrived with damages, please contact the associated shipping provider to open a dispute. omnee world is not responsible for packages after we've handed them off to the postal carrier. all usa shipping labels are covered with $100 insurance.

if your packaged arrived safely but the items are damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, we would be happy to arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund if necessary.

how do i wash omnee clothing?
we recommend to wash on cold & delicate, and hang dry. we do not recommend using a dryer on our clothing as the high heat can cause damage to the fabric or shrinking. wash accessories at your own risk. 

how long is shipping?
all pre-made orders are sent out within 1-3 days of purchase.
all items are pre-made unless specifically marked as pre-order in the product description.
pre-order items will include shipping times in the product description.

local usa shipping times:
west coast: 1-3 days
east coast: 2-5 days
international:
1-3 weeks

do you ship worldwide?
yes, we ship to over 170+ different countries. for international orders, the address must be written in english. our local postal carrier will return packages if they are not written in english.

some countries may charge additional fees like customs duties and taxes. omnee world is not responsible for paying or reimbursing any customs duties or fees applied by your country.

we cannot ship to the following countries at this time:
belarus, ghana, iraq, kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan, lebanon, myanmar (burma), nigeria, palestinian territories, russia, zimbabwe

my package was stolen, damaged, or lost in transit, what can i do?
omnee world is not responsible for any packages after they have been shipped out.
if your package has been damaged in transit we suggest to reach out to the postal carrier to file a dispute. all usa packaged are covered with $100 insurance.

i entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size, what can i do?
if your order hasn't been shipped yet, we will gladly change your address, or switch the size if its available. if your order has already been shipped there is nothing we can do.

why did my order get cancelled?
we cancel any orders that are marked as fraudulent. occasionally orders are flagged by mistake, if your order was cancelled we recommend to try and order again, making sure all of your payment information is correct, or try a different payment method.
